Welcome!
Along the shores of Lake Huron, Port Elgin is a busy and growing town. Port Elgin United Church has a long history within the town, and continues to be committed to growing in Christ and community.
Faith
Our faith is diverse. It is understood through a variety of ways, and with each engagement we are learning more about our deepening respect for community and connection.
Spirituality
We understand that in our faith we build spiritual connections with God's created world, of which we are a part and with one another.
Community
We connect like many churches, through laughter, music, food, and activities.
Youth & Children's Ministry
Youth ministry is a vital part of our community of faith. With youth group meeting every Friday evening - where activities range from going outdoors and exploring the world to movie nights with friends. On Sunday mornings, the children and the youth grow in their faith and discover their connections with God and Christ through Discovery Cove.
Music Ministry
Music is very important to the life and work of Port Elgin United Church. Our worship team meets at 7 pm in the sanctuary every week to practice (all voices are welcome!).
